These terms govern your use of the SanoCo Marketing website and the digital marketing services we provide, including our rank-and-rent lead page program and custom website builds.

Our services

For rank-and-rent clients, we build, rank, and maintain lead generation pages in local search results and deliver the inquiries those pages produce. For website clients, we design, build, and hand over a website that you own outright, as outlined in your project agreement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, to respond to delivered leads in a timely and professional manner, and to use our dashboards and services lawfully.

Billing and cancellation

Rental and service fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are defined in your signed service agreement. Website purchases are one-time projects as scoped in your proposal.

No guarantees

While we work to rank our pages and generate quality leads, search engines are independent platforms and we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanoCo Marketing's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
