Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

SanoCo Marketing ("we", "us", "our"), a Utah-based digital marketing agency, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and general US privacy expectations.

1. Information we collect

Inquiry forms. When you submit an inquiry, quote, or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, service area, budget range, timeline, and your message. We also record technical details at the time of submission — the page URL, your IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp — so we can keep proof of your consent and protect the forms from abuse.

Consent records. If you provide a phone number, we store the exact consent language you saw, the date and time you consented, and the page you were on. This is our proof that you agreed to be contacted.

Accounts. If you create a client account, we store your login credentials and the dashboard data associated with your account.

Cookies and analytics. We use essential cookies to operate the site. Optional analytics cookies (which measure aggregate traffic patterns such as page views and visit duration) only load after you accept them in our cookie banner. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site and refreshing the page.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver our lead generation, website, and AI services, operate client dashboards, and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How we share your information

We share your inquiry details with our internal team. If your inquiry relates to a rank-and-rent lead page, we may share relevant details (such as your name, phone, email, and project needs) with the client business in that territory so they can respond to you. We use trusted service providers (such as our hosting and email platforms) to operate the site, and they process data only on our instructions. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes except as described in this section.

4. Text and call consent (TCPA)

If you provide a phone number, our forms ask for your consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email by SanoCo Marketing and its partners, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at any time. We keep a record of your consent (timestamp, page, and the exact language shown) with your submission.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions for up to 24 months, after which they are automatically purged by a scheduled retention job, unless we are required to keep them longer for legal or contractual record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time. Account data is kept while your account is active.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted inquiries is restricted to authenticated administrators. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on our servers. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

7. Your rights (California, Utah, and general)

Depending on your state, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to request that we delete or correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Utah residents additionally have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of their personal data. California residents may use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link. To exercise any right, use our privacy request form or email hello@sanocomarketing.com. We respond within 45 days as required by law (typically much sooner).

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect the current version. Questions? Email hello@sanocomarketing.com or use the contact form on this site.
